With 26 years of military service, from Private to Captain, he’s led on the front lines in Iraq, Afghanistan, and beyond. A Sandhurst-trained officer and former RSM of the Specialised Infantry, he’s built leaders in the most demanding environments. Today, he brings that same focus and discipline to the business world, developing leaders who thrive under pressure and lead with purpose.

Michael served 24 years in the British Army, leading in both combat zones and officer training environments. A seasoned strategist with expertise in leadership, health & safety, and operational delivery, he’s trusted for his clarity and composure. At LION Culture, he applies military precision to leadership development, turning lived experience into powerful learning.

Nic Santangeli

With 13 years in the British Army and a track record of transforming lives through elite fitness, Nic brings unmatched energy to LION Culture. He’s the founder of Elev8 Performance Gym, holds an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, and is a BJJ brown belt and Head Coach at The MMA Academy. Through discipline, science, and community, Nic builds physical and mental resilience that lasts.

Harvey is a digital marketing expert with over five years of hands-on industry experience, specialising in strategy, branding, and campaign execution.
