Here's How You Will Gain Your Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management

You will be working with a specialised tutor who will give you complete support to guarantee you pass your level 3 Diploma in just 3 weeks. 

 

Whether you decide on face to face teaching in Liverpool or an online course, you will receive extensive support in the form of team meetings, lessons, and access to to our workshops, webinars and guest lectures.

 

You will also be able to discuss and ask questions with course mates through the course WhatsApp Group.

 

As this is a part time course, you will only need to give up one Friday for each week, and can continue to stick to other commitments such as other studies, work and family life.

How long does the course take?

The course runs over 4 weeks. Classes run every Friday (4 Days in total). Course work and assessments are also required. 

What qualification will I receive and the end of my course?

You’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification accredited by the International Validating Body Think Tree Hub. 

You will be awarded CPD points for each Unit completed.

Where is the face to face training held?

For those attending in person, the course will be delivered at Co Working Studios, 113 Liverpool Road, Crosby, Liverpool, L23 5TD. For bespoke in place training packages, please contact the team. 

Who are the teachers?

Joseph Fleming:

A distinguished military officer with a 25-year career. Starting at 19, he quickly rose to become one of the youngest Platoon Sergeants, demonstrating exceptional leadership in Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

As Regimental Sergeant Major of the Specialized Infantry, he launched the acclaimed LION Culture leadership program.

Promoted to Captain after attending Sandhurst Academy, he excelled as a training and welfare officer at the RANGER Regiment.

Now, at the Northwest Officer Training Regiment, he mentors university students aspiring to be future officers.

Joseph's dedication to developing individuals and fostering growth is central to his mission with LION Culture.

Michael Knox:

Michael Knox brings 24 years of dedicated service in the British Army, excelling in team-building and goal attainment in demanding environments, including overseas combat operations.

He has led leadership training for aspiring Army Officers, mentored extensively, and managed infantry unit operations.

Known for his strategic planning and project management skills, Michael's qualifications include leadership, health and safety, and facilities management.

His commitment to developing leaders and achieving excellence makes him a key asset to LION Culture, where he continues to showcase his dedication to excellence in training.
